Sol House was built around one idea — that the best part of the day should happen before noon. A space made of natural fibre, warm plaster, and good light. A menu designed to slow you down. Coffee that earns its price. We built the kind of room that makes people put their phones down — and then pick them straight back up because the bowl is too good not to photograph.

We designed Sol House around natural light and natural fibre — rattan, linen, raw plaster. The kind of textures that make you exhale. The menu follows the same logic: unprocessed, unrushed, built around whatever's good that week. We're not interested in trends. We're interested in the moment you take your first sip and decide you're not in a hurry anymore.
